Black Prong Equestrian Village now offers three spacious, luxury tiny homes to make your tiny living vacation one to remember.
Located in rural Florida, Black Prong Equestrian Village is a tranquil, 90-acre resort for a community of equestrians and nature lovers alike. Black Prong provides the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, where guests can slip into nature while still being close to the luxury amenities the resort has to offer.
Not So Tiny, Tiny Homes
Sitting at a whopping 58 feet long, our tiny homes are anything but tiny. With 399 square feet of living space excluding the loft, these tiny homes were designed to give guests a taste of tiny living with ample room for daily activities and relaxation. With unique features like dual porches, a full-sized kitchen and separate bedrooms in the loft, it is no wonder what makes these tiny homes grand.
Custom-Built Tiny Homes
Our tiny homes were all custom-designed and built by Movable Roots, a tiny home manufacturer located in Melbourne, Florida. Black Prong Equestrian Village worked closely with Movable Roots to design the Black Prong Park Model, a completely custom unit from the appliances in the chef’s kitchen right down to the pop of color provided by the backsplash. It is a truly unique space designed to fit the needs of Black Prong residents.
Over the next few years, Black Prong Equestrian Village has plans to add several more tiny homes on-site with the help of the family-run business, in hopes of one day creating a tiny home village on the property. Mike Cheatham, one of the dedicated members of the Movable Roots team, is excited to be working on additional custom units to help facilitate growth here at Black Prong. Cranes Nest & Deer Path
The main entrance for these two identical homes is through a spacious screened-in porch, featuring an electric fireplace and cozy outdoor lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Through the French doors, you get a view of the chef’s kitchen, featuring Dacor appliances and an island bar leaving plenty of room for gathering or meal preparation. The living space features a second electric fireplace and a spacious master suite with a washer and dryer unit. Down the hallway, there is a full-size bathroom and a stairway leading to the loft with two separate rooms, each with twin sized beds and a relaxing space to watch TV. Turkey Run
A close cousin to both Cranes Nest and Deer Path, Turkey Run has a slightly different layout, but breathtaking nonetheless. Featuring a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, this tiny home has two attached porches, a full-sized bathroom, a washer and dryer unit, as well as an upstairs loft with two separate rooms with twin beds.
