With mossy oak trees, rustic pavilion, stone terrace, and the 90-acre equestrian property, Black Prong offers an atmosphere that no hotel ballroom or banquet hall can replicate. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering of 20 or a larger celebration of 125, our flexible spaces and dedicated events team make it effortless.
We’re conveniently located between Gainesville and Ocala, just off US-27 in Bronson, FL, making Black Prong an easy destination for guests coming from across Levy, Alachua, Marion, and Citrus counties.
What’s Included In Your Private Event Package
Our private event packages are designed to take the stress out of planning. All catering is handled by our talented in-house culinary team (outside catering is not permitted, with the exception of specialty cakes and desserts). Our spaces include custom wooden tables and chairs, cocktail tables, audio/visual equipment, and ample free parking right next to the Main Pavilion. A dedicated events coordinator will work with you from inquiry to event day, ensuring every detail is exactly as you imagined.
And because Black Prong is a full resort, your guests have the option to extend the celebration by booking a cabin, cottage, or glamping site to make a full weekend of it.
