We offer a variety of options to accommodate your personal taste, budget and number of guests. Additional amenities, accommodations, and requests can also be added to your package to ensure we meet your unique needs. Please note that catering must be handled by our in-house catering team, and there are many menu and pricing options available.

Intimate $5,500

This collection is for an intimate wedding for up to 50 guests.

  • 4-hour Facility Rental including use of Main Pavilion, Veranda, and Ceremony Space with 2 prior hours of access for setup and 1 additional hour for breakdown following event
  • 1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal prior to wedding date, timing dependent on facility availability
  • Use of our extensive grounds, backing up to Goethe State Forest and nature trails, for an Engagement Photography Session with your photographer, scheduling dependent on our event calendar
  • 50 Whitewashed Teak Ceremony Chairs, inside seating for 50 guests, using our Custom Wooden Tables and Chairs, and 6 Metal Cocktail Tables with linens – includes setup and breakdown by our staff
  • Table settings include classic white china plates, silver flatware, glassware, and linen napkin
  • Access to, and contact information for, our fully vetted Preferred Vendors List, taking all the stress out of completing your event vendor team
  • Ample free parking adjacent to Main Pavilion
  • Venue Attendant to ensure all your needs are met from the facility
  • Full audio/visual equipment available for your use
  • Veranda Fireplace lit – weather permitting
  • Complimentary Wifi throughout the property

Essentials  $6,500*

Our Essentials Collection takes care of all the essentials you’ll need for your wedding day, providing just the right amount of amenities and services to make your special day one to remember.

  • 6-hour facility rental with use of our beautiful climate-controlled facility, including the Main Pavilion and spacious enclosed Veranda. Site access available 2 ½ hours prior to ceremony start time, and 1 hour breakdown period for clean-up following the conclusion of the event.
  • Use of multiple outdoor Ceremony Event Space Options on our lovely grounds, including the Ceremony Terrace
  • 125 Whitewashed Teak Ceremony Chairs, inside seating for 125 guests, using our Custom Wooden Tables and Chairs, 6 Metal Cocktail Tables with standard linens (available in a variety of colors), 4 Custom Wooden Cocktail Tables – includes setup and breakdown by our staff
  • Table settings include classic white china plates, silver flatware, glassware, and linen napkin
  • Use of our extensive grounds, backing up to Goethe State Forest and nature trails, for an Engagement Photography Session with your photographer, scheduling dependent on Black Prong’s event calendar

It’s the absolute ideal collection for couples getting married by providing the extra services that elevate your special day into a stress-free dream. Included in this package are all the amenities from our Essentials Collection, PLUS:

  • Separate on-site, beautifully furnished, Bride & Groom getting-ready Cottages. Accessible 7 AM through ceremony time on the wedding day.
  • Ceremony Terrace includes market lighting and can be flipped for dancing outdoors during reception dinner
  • Includes complimentary access to our inventory of arbors, arches, and other decor – placed as desired by our team
  • All-day extended access to our facility, including the Main Pavilion, Ceremony Sites, Veranda, and Pool
  • Following day pickup access for leftover supplies and décorfrom event
  • 2 all-day Golf Cart Rentals for photos or bridal party needs

ELITE   $15,000*

Our Elite collection is the very definition of perfection! You’ll get unique services tailored to make your wedding day even more memorable.

Included in this package are all the amenities from our Essentials and Premier Collections, PLUS:

  • Day of Coordination, which includes:
    • Final Details Meeting, Vendor Confirmations, 1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal, 5 hours of Wedding Day Coordination
  • Horse & Carriage Service for the bride to the ceremony and for the couple following the ceremony
    • Includes a short private ride around the beautiful Black Prong grounds, providing some special alone moments and photo opportunities
  • Honeymoon Suite stay for the wedding night with late checkout the following day
  • Use of our facility for either your Rehearsal Dinner or Day-After Breakfast/Brunch (timing subject to facility)

WEEKEND EXPERIENCE   $20,000*

If you’re looking for a destination weekend and stress-free way to collaborate all in one location, this is the collection for you! 

This collection includes everything listed in our Essentials, Premier, and Elite Collections, PLUS: 

  • Month of Coordination, which includes:
    • Final Details Meeting, creation of Wedding Day Timeline & Ceremony Processional, Vendor Confirmations, Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination, and 8 hours of Wedding Day Coordination
  • 3 fully furnished Cottage rentals for event guests from Friday to Sunday, subject to availability
  • Use of our facility for your Rehearsal Dinner
  • Use of our facility for a Day-After Breakfast or Brunch
  • Parking attendants to greet, park, and offer a ride to the front of the facility, offering door-to-door service

  • Decor Breakdown – includes venue packing up all décor items brought by couple for easy pickup
  • Wedding Planning – Guide you through the decision-making process, schedule and attend vendor meetings, help create and manage a budget, coordinate all vendors leading up to, and day-of event, oversee everything on Wedding Day
    Wedding Coordination – Short-term coordination of vendors and Wedding Day schedule (Month-of or Day-of)
  • Design and Styling – Let us help by overseeing the look and feel of your big day. From choosing colors and fabrics, arranging the flowers or working with a floral designer, creating the ambiance, and styling tablescapes, to choosing the perfect cake, stationery and details that represent you as a couple, let us handle it from concept to day of execution.
  • Item Rentals – arbors, arches, whiskey barrels, Sweetheart Table and Chairs and other decor – placed as desired by our team
  • Dancing on the clouds service
  • Horse & Carriage Service for the bride to the ceremony and for the couple following the ceremony. Includes a short private ride around the beautiful Black Prong grounds, providing some special alone moments and photo opportunities
  • Separate on-site, beautifully furnished, Bride & Groom getting-ready Cottages (accessible 7 AM to ceremony time on the wedding day)
