Turkey Run and Dove Tail are twin custom-designed tiny homes by Movable Roots in Melbourne, Florida and offers 595 sq ft of living space (counting the loft) and 275 sq ft of screened porch space. These 58’ homes feature a front porch with an electric fireplace, rustic mantle and large tv. You enter the home through French doors into the living room which also features an electric fireplace, a comfy couch, and a ton of natural light. The chefs kitchen features an eat-in breakfast bar with a large island for room to gather, and full size appliances. The long hallway has more open shelving with a storage staircase that has a custom railing which leads to our loft. The loft features a common area and two twin bed rooms perfect for children. The spacious downstairs bathroom has a modern farmhouse feel with a soaking tub. The large master bedroom has a custom queen platform bed, two perfectly placed reading lamps, a large closet and a stackable washer and dryer. The master also features its own private porch off the rear. 

Cranes Nest and Deer Path are custom-designed 58’ tiny homes by Moveable Roots in Melbourne, Florida. Both close cousins to Turkey Run, with a few tweaks, like more room in the upstairs loft, a larger porch, and a couch that can convert to a futon. These tiny homes feature a master suite with queen-size bed and an attached relaxing porch. Other features include kitchen, living area, full bathroom with soaking tub and shower combo, washer & dryer, upstairs loft with separate rooms each with a twin bed, and relaxing space to watch TV. The main entrance is through a second large screened-in porch perfect for outdoor dining or entertaining.

The interior features a cozy living area spacious enough to accommodate a sleeper sofa, perfect for hosting additional guests. The kitchen doesn’t just meet needs- it excites with its comprehensive set up, including a custom coffee bar for all your beverage needs.
