Daytime Events- Prior to 3 PM

Enclosed Veranda & Stone Terrace | $1,000

  • 4-hour Facility Rental – 2hr prior to set up & 1hr breakdown.
  • Access to luxury restroom trailer
  • Venue includes:
    • 6 Metal Cocktail Tables (linens provided by customer) 
    • Custom Wooden Tables and Chairs on Veranda
    • Banquet Tables (plastic) /black linens and teak terrace chairs on Terrace
    • Over 50 guests, $10 per person

North Pavilion & Enclosed Veranda | $750

  • 3-hour Facility Rental – 2hr prior to set up & 1hr breakdown
  • Access to indoor restrooms
  • Venue includes:
    • 6 Metal Cocktail Tables (linens provided by customer) 
    • Our Custom Wooden Tables and Chairs
    • Over 50 guests, $10 per person
    • Use of the audio/visual equipment

Full Pavilion & Enclosed Veranda | $1,200

  • 4-hour Facility Rental- 2hr prior to set up & 1hr breakdown
  • Access to indoor restrooms
  • Venue includes:
    • 6 Metal Cocktail Tables (linens provided by customer)
    • Our Custom Wooden Tables and Chairs
      • A customized layout may incur additional fees
    • Use of the audio/visual equipment

Additional Notes:

  • All catering will be handled by our in-house team, with the exception of a specialty cake/dessert.
    • A cake cutting fee will apply, which includes white china plates, dessert forks, cocktail napkins.
  • Ample free parking adjacent to the Main Pavilion
  • Cash bar minimums apply
  • Customized layouts may incur an additional fee
  • $200/hour for additional hours
  • Fireplaces lit – weather permitting
  • Special Weekday Pricing Available for Tuesday or Wednesday Events

Evening Events- After 3 PM

    • For up to 50 guests, additional guests are $10 per person

Full Pavilion & Enclosed Veranda | $3,500

  • 4-hour Facility Rental – 2hr prior to set up & 1hr breakdown
  • Access to indoor restrooms
  • Venue includes:
    • 6 Metal Cocktail Tables (linens provided by customer) 
    • Use of our Custom Wooden Tables and Chairs, seating up to 125 guests
      • A customized layout may incur additional fees
    • Use of the audio/visual equipment

Full Pavilion, Enclosed Veranda & Stone Terrace | $5,500

  • 4-hour Facility Rental – 2hr prior to set up & 1hr breakdown
  • Access to indoor restrooms
  • Venue includes:
