We are excited to announce the opening of our pickleball court!
A fun and easy racket sport for the whole family to learn, pickleball has been growing rapidly in popularity since its creation in 1965. The game was invented by three fathers looking to get their families moving outdoors, but who needed something simple enough to play that their kids would enjoy it too. Now an internationally recognized sport, pickleball is played as doubles or singles on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net and solid ping-pong-like paddles.

The Pickleball court at Black Prong Equestrian Village is located on the stone terrace attached to the main pavilion. The court is designed by SnapSports and can be lifted up off the terrace for weddings and special events. There are two sets of paddles and pickleball in the grey box beside the court. To avoid disappointment in finding the court occupied, guests should contact the front office to book their time. If you are playing and someone else has booked for that time, we ask that you respectfully allow them to play during their designated timeslot.
