For our accommodations without stalls included, you can add them on!
There are six 10×10 stalls with run-out paddocks located in the Pine Barn, in the center of the property. Pine Barn has a wash stall, a climate-controlled shared tack room, and a concrete pad for storage. Our other stabling option is in our high-quality portable barns located throughout the property for convenient access to your horse. They are designed by FEI Stabling and have spacious 12 x 12 stalls with top open doors, matted floors, and outlets for fans. Paddocks are included with each stall rental, but tack rooms are not available in the portable barns.

Stall Rental Details:
- Paddocks are included in all stall rentals
- All stalls are rubber matted
- Three types of bagged shavings are available for purchase and drop off at your stall
- Hot and cold water wash racks close by for all barns
- Access to a shared climate-controlled tack room at Pine Barn.
- To prevent transmission of disease, horse owners must provide all buckets and feed
- For longterm stays, horse trailer parking is at our sister property 2 miles down the road
- Cleaning Fee: Stalls that are not stripped upon move-out will incur a $50 cleaning fee
- Vaccines: We must have up-to-date Coggins, and Flu Rhino vaccines on file for all horses before they can unload
- Pricing: All stalls are $48 on Sunday – Thursday, and $56 on Friday and Saturday for short-term stays. 7-day stall pricing is $41/night and 30-day stall pricing is $29/night. All prices are plus tax.

If you are staying in a Tiny Home, Airstream or RV and want to bring a horse, you can add a stall to your reservation! You are responsible for care of your horse during your stay.
