The cottages with attached barns have 12×12 stalls with wall-to-wall mats and powder-coated sliding doors. The aisle has rubber pavers and large fans which ensure a clean and well-circulated environment. The barn features a rubber matted wash rack, a center aisle with rubber pavers and fans, and access to a climate-controlled tack room. Grass paddocks are located nearby and are included in stall rental.
Stabling
The Black Prong Property has permanent and portable stabling options across the property that are both attached and detached from our cottages. All stalls have solid clay bases with mats, sliding stall doors with windows, and a rubber paver aisle way.

Stalls in Barns
Our two barns are Cypress Barn, located near the Eagle Landing cottage, and Pine Barn, in the center of the property near the Roal Palm and Egret Cottages. These barns are ideal for ponies and small horses and have 10×10 stalls with wall-to-wall mats and powder-coated sliding doors. The center aisleways are rubber-matted and feature large skylights. There are wash stalls, a climate-controlled shared tack room, and a concrete pad for storage in each barn. Pine Barn stalls all have small run-out paddocks. Additional grass paddocks are located nearby both barns and are included in stall rental.
FEI Stabling Portable Barns
Our high-quality portable barns designed by FEI Stabling have 12 spacious 12 x 12 stalls with top open doors, matted floors, and outlets for fans. Overhead lighting is operated by remote control. Paddocks are available with each stall rental, but tack rooms are not included. We have one portable barn next to the On the Line RV Pads and one near the Big Oak RV Pads to provide convenient access to your horse.
