The Magnolia Cottage is located between the Loblolly and Fox cottages and will make you feel right at home with its country chic. Its 1-bedroom layout is a carbon copy of the Fox Cottage and provides a luxurious view of the Main Turf arena and is within walking distance to the all-weather arena.

Magnolia Stalls
Four 12×12 stalls with all new wall to wall mats and new doors. The aisle has rubber pavers and large fans which ensure a clean and well-circulated environment. The barn features a rubber matted wash rack and a climate-controlled tack room. Spacious grass turns out paddocks are located just a short walk away and are included with every stall rental.
