Community Passes

May – October

The Black Prong Community Pass program runs seasonally from May – October. Four season pass levels allow access to our on-site amenities seven days a week. Single-day pool passes can also be purchased during the same seasonal window.

Daycation Pool Pass

The Daycation Pool Pass provides access to the pool area for those who do not hold a season pass. Passholders can enjoy access to the beach entrance pool, hot tub, and poolhouse from 8 AM until dusk. Passes must be purchased during office hours 8 AM – 4 PM.

  • Must be used on the day of the visit (can not be pre-purchased)

Adult Day Pool Pass- $20 

Children’s Day Pool Pass- $10 

  • Children ages 4-16
  • Must be accompanied by an adult with a Daycation Pool Pass
  • Children ages 3 and under are free.

Deluxe Daycation Pass

Deluxe Daycation Pass $109

Passholders can enjoy access to Black Prong amenities while they are open for the day. Passes must be purchased during office hours 8 AM – 4 PM. Must be used on the day of the visit (can not be pre-purchased)

  • Includes up to 4 people (additional guests can be added at the regular Daycation Pass rate)
  • Gym Access 5 AM- 11 PM
  • Beach-entrance pool and hot tub access from 8 AM to dusk
  • Poolhouse bathroom and showers are open 8 AM to dusk
  • Access to our pickleball court 8 AM to dusk
  • Use of the Black Prong bicycles while on the property for exploring the Goethe and access to our GPS trail maps

Monthly Passes

Individual $219

  • Only for use by the individual pass-holder
  • One Community Pass Card for access to our gated facilities
  • Gym Access 5 AM- 11 PM
  • Beach-entrance pool and hot tub access from dawn to dusk
  • Poolhouse bathroom and showers open dawn to dusk
  • Access to our pickleball court open dawn to dusk
  • Use of the Black Prong bicycles while on the property for exploring the Goethe and access to our GPS trail maps
  • 15% discount on dinner at the Black Prong Bar & Grill, (must present pass for discount) 

Family $349

  • Includes all immediate family members of the same household
  • Up to two guests (non-family members) with an adult pass-holder present
  • Two Community Pass Cards for access to our gated facilities
  • Gym Access 5 AM- 11 PM
  • Beach-entrance pool and hot tub access from dawn to dusk
  • Poolhouse bathroom and showers open dawn to dusk
  • Access to our pickleball court open dawn to dusk

The fine print: All prices are plus tax. Blackout dates are possible due to full venue rental for special events. No outside coolers or food will be allowed in the pool area while food service is open at Black Prong. Amenities may be limited at times for small construction projects on the pool deck or special events that require the pickleball court to be temporarily removed. Pass-holders will be notified at least two weeks in advance of the blackout and construction dates.  We are not responsible for the weather and are not obligated to issue refunds for passes that cannot be used due to inclement weather. There will be a limited number of passes available each season. All pass-holders, family, and guests must sign the Black Prong liability release prior to using any of the facilities.
