Explore the Forest with GPS

Goethe State Forest Areal Photo

One of the most unique things about Black Prong is that we are surrounded by the expansive Goethe State Forest. We hope that our nature-inclined guests take the opportunity to explore its over 100 miles of trails. To help navigate the forest, we have developed interactive maps using the Ride with GPS app. As a guest, you have access to our voice navigation trail maps that can be downloaded for offline use even without cell service. There are routes for hiking, biking, and equestrian use!

Join our Ride with GPS Club to access offline trail maps!

This is a new service for us, and we are excited to help you enjoy your time in the Goethe! We want to make sure we are providing accurate and useful maps, so your feedback is greatly appreciated and encouraged. As you use the app, please provide any feedback, map corrections or trail notes to Zoe Bowden at zoe@blackprong.com.
