This cabin is the northeasternmost cabin and is situated alongside the main turf arena. This cottage has a strong log cabin motif with its log furniture and natural hickory cabinetry. Its smaller 1-bedroom layout features a kitchen with a sitting bar, a spacious living room, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a built-in desk. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and a stacked washer and dryer.

Sunset Stalls
Four 12×12 stalls with all new wall to wall mats and new doors. The aisle has rubber pavers and large fans which ensure a clean and well-circulated environment. The barn features a rubber matted wash rack and a climate-controlled tack room. Spacious grass turns out paddocks are located just a short walk away and are included with every stall rental.
