Vendor Space Application Form

Vending space will be available at Black Prong Equestrian Center for both the Nature Coast HDT and the Black Prong HDT. Each event is two-days Saturday and Sunday. Check our Events Calendar on our website for specific dates. Space will be limited to specific vendor areas directly in front of the Black Prong Pavilion. This area is grass and/or gravel mix. Rates overview: 20’ x 20’ $100; 20’ x 50’ $200; free for non-profits.

Vendor Rules:

Vendor shall fall in one or more of these categories: equine supplies or services, small craftsman, professional services (catering, real estate, floral), or non-profit
No vendors may have pets in the vendor areas
Towing and personal vehicles must be parked in the general parking area at all times.
No vendor space will be shared with other vendors
Vendors must stay within their designated area. These areas are to be kept clean.
Vendors are responsible for own tables, tables, chairs
Any dishonesty will be constitute removal from property
All vendors are required to maintain a high level of professional respect
Aulson Company/Black Prong employees and associates may not participate in any rebate, receive commissions, or any other compensation during a Black Prong event
All vendors, staying in Black Prong grounds overnight shall pay posted rate unless otherwise arranged with the management prior to arrival. All fees will be paid in advance.
